A meeting took place between the General Director of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Serik Kaskabasov, and the General Director of Documentolog, Baizhan Kanafin.
The parties discussed the prospects for expanding the implementation of IT technologies in the sports sector and agreed to develop mutually beneficial partnerships. According to Baizhan Kanafin, sports organizations in Kazakhstan have great potential for the implementation of modern IT solutions.
The "National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan" has been using the electronic document management system "Documentolog Platform" since 2017.
As a result of the implementation of automated processes, the time required for the preparation and approval of documents has been reduced by an average of 70%, significantly decreasing the volume of paper document flow and increasing control over executive discipline.
Documentolog will provide special favorable conditions for all 35 national sports federations that are part of the National Olympic Committee.
