Since the beginning of the year, Doculite has implemented the ability to send documents to counterparties who are not registered in the service. This functionality allows you to send electronic documents and sign electronic contracts with any companies and individuals, regardless of their connection to the Doculite service.
In the latest release, the functionality has been improved and simplified. Now, sending a document to an unregistered user can be done in 3 steps:
1. Create a document in the system and fill in the necessary details.
2. In the "Recipient" field, select "Send by email" and fill in their BIN/IIN and other relevant information.
3. Sign the document using an electronic signature and send it.
After that, the system automatically creates a link to the document and an access code for the recipient to view the document.
The link is sent to your counterparty's email. The counterparty clicks on the link and enters the access code. They can then view the content of the document/contract, download it with the electronic signature, and accept the document/sign the contract.
Join Doculite and exchange documents electronically with all your counterparties without exception!
