Results of the Documentolog Technology Conference

On February 8, 2018, the Documentolog Technology Conference took place at The Ritz Carlton Almaty.

Conference participants had a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge about the digitalization of business processes and hear firsthand about the advantages that leading companies in Kazakhstan have already gained by implementing the latest document management automation solutions in their enterprises. 

The latest version of the Documentolog 7 electronic document management system was presented at the conference, which includes new features such as «smart» analytics, budget process management, and built-in integration with the Kazakhstani electronic document exchange center doc24.kz.

Opening the conference, the General Director of Documentolog LLP, Baizhan Kanafin, shared the main idea of the event with the participants: «Today, our goal is primarily to create a platform for effective exchange of practical experiences in implementing document management and automating business processes in Kazakhstani enterprises.»

Invited speakers from leading state and private companies, such as Kazpost JSC, Khabar Agency JSC, ERCB JSC, Damu Fund JSC, and Magnum Cash & Carry LLP, discussed the automation of business processes beyond core document management and the possibilities for independently developing electronic document management systems in their organizations. Conference participants truly had the opportunity to communicate directly with a large number of colleagues and receive recommendations and answers to their questions.

Andrey Beklemishev, Regional Director of IDC for Central Asia, Azerbaijan, and Mongolia, also presented an analytical report. In his speech, Andrey touched on the topic of digital transformation in document management and discussed the practices used worldwide.

A total of more than 180 representatives from the public and commercial sectors of Kazakhstan participated in the conference, including IT directors, heads of IT departments, organizational leaders, financial executives, heads of functional divisions, and project managers for automation and their deputies.
