We have updated the pricing policy and the online cost calculator for Documentolog!
This year, we conducted an analysis of the usage of our online calculator on the website documentolog.kz, as well as analyzed the interests of our potential clients.
The main conclusions from the analysis are:
1. The provided packages, based on document types from different solutions, are not very convenient and relevant;
2. There is no option to download a quote for the next year to plan the budget.
3. The short validity period of the downloaded quote.
In connection with point #1, we have adjusted our pricing policy, and now it is based not on packages, but on solutions on the Documentolog platform:
We have also approved a new discount system: when purchasing or renting under the SaaS model
To address point #2, we have added the functionality to download a quote for the next year (and for 3 years ahead) taking inflation into account. We have also increased the validity period of the downloaded quote to 3 months.
To maintain the flexibility of our platform, we have kept the option to create your own configuration: you can choose only the document types you need from different solutions.
You can test the new calculator and download the quote online here.
