This procedure allows for the verification of the authenticity of documents issued in Kazakhstan for acceptance abroad. Thanks to this service, citizens of Kazakhstan will be able to apply for the service from the comfort of their homes.
The E-apostille project was implemented through the joint efforts of JSC "NIT" and Documentolog, with the support of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To obtain the service, you need to:
1️⃣ Log in to the portal and click on the "Order service online" button.
2️⃣ Fill out the application and sign it using your digital signature (ECP). Attach scanned copies of the document to be apostilled to the application.
3️⃣ Make the payment by clicking on the "Pay" button on the Electronic Government Payment Gateway page.
4️⃣ In your Personal Account (in the "Service History" section), review the notification regarding the processing of your application, which will be sent within the specified time frame.
5️⃣ Visit the NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" to have the apostille affixed.
