We remind you that while working in the Documentolog EDS or the Doculite service, you can send electronic documents and sign electronic contracts with any companies and individuals, even if they do not use our solutions. You only need to create a document and specify the email or phone number of the recipient, to whom a link to the document and an access code for viewing this document will be sent.

What should you do if your counterparty does not work within the Documentolog ecosystem? How can you interact with them electronically while maintaining legal significance?
Many of our users ask these questions.
We remind you that while working in the Documentolog EDS or the Doculite service, you can send electronic documents and sign electronic contracts with any companies and individuals, even if they do not use our solutions.
You only need to create a document and specify the email or phone number of the recipient, to whom a link to the document and an access code for viewing this document will be sent.
The counterparty follows the generated link and enters the access code. After that, they will be able to view the content of the document, sign it, or download it with an electronic signature.
