The meeting discussed the mechanisms for implementing the service model for the informatization of government agencies and the participation of IT companies in the development of services and service software products. In her speech, the chairwoman of the Board of JSC "Holding "Zerde", Bikesh Kurmangalieva, detailed the role of media participants in government agencies, the choice of service creation model, and the functions of the service integrator.

During the meeting, Saken Sarsenov, along with project leaders from government agencies, addressed the current and pressing questions from representatives of the IT market. Currently, the staff of the Holding "Zerde" and JSC "NIT" are actively working on the implementation and deployment of this project, which is why the participation of IT companies plays a significant role.
