Companies using Documentolog Business can now directly reduce their service costs.
The new referral program allows them to earn bonuses for inviting partners and use those bonuses to pay for subscription plans and additional services.
This is not just a referral program — it is a tool that turns business connections into financial benefit.
The process is as simple as possible. In their personal account, users receive a unique referral link and share it with partners by email, in messengers, or in any other convenient way.
After that, the process is automatic:
the invited company registers via the link
the system records the referral source
once the subscription is paid, bonuses are credited
No extra steps, manual confirmations, or complicated setup are required.
The bonus amount is 10% of the payment made by the invited company.
For example:
if your partner pays 405,000 KZT for a subscription plan and services, you receive 40,500 KZT in bonuses. The bonus is calculated not only from the subscription plan, but also from additional services if they are paid for in the same transaction.
Bonuses are credited 14 days after payment.
A new client gets an additional benefit right from the start:
10% discount on Business and Start+ plans
a special 21-day period to make a decision

All bonuses are credited to a bonus account within the system.
