The Shanghai Cooperation Organization is transitioning to electronic document management with the Documentolog EDMS! Our company has won the supplier selection competition for the EDMS, in which suppliers from China and India also participated.
The SCO – is an international organization consisting of 8 major countries from the Asian continent: Russia, China, Kazakhstan, India, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Pakistan. The organization works on strengthening security, developing economic and energy cooperation, and fostering scientific and cultural interaction across a vast region.
The SCO has become another client of ours, choosing the cloud-based SaaS implementation model. Initially, the executive body – the SCO Secretariat, located in Beijing, will be connected to the system. Thus, 34 employees of the Secretariat will utilize automation capabilities while working daily in the Documentolog EDMS.
The implementation of the system in the SCO will be one of the major projects we are executing at the international level. We hope that the Documentolog EDMS will enhance the efficiency of the organization's internal and external interactions.
