Last Saturday, October 6, two training sessions were organized for Documentolog employees - «Leadership Skills» and «Negotiation Techniques», conducted by trainers from the Business School of the Kazakh National University of Law named after M. Narikbayev.
Our team gained not only interesting and useful knowledge but also a huge amount of positive emotions!
What we would like to highlight is the interaction between the lecturers and the audience, the dynamic presentation of the material, interesting case studies, and constant dialogue. Eight hours flew by unnoticed!
Thanks to the analysis of specific situations, we had the opportunity to see ourselves from the outside and identify areas that need strengthening and development. We express our immense gratitude to the charismatic and experienced business trainers Samat Panov and Askar Utepkaliev for the knowledge and skills gained, engaging exercises, and individual approach to each participant!
We hope this is just the beginning, and many joint training sessions await us in the future!
