Meeting of Representatives of Leading IT Companies with the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Counteracting Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On March 2, an informal meeting was held between the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Counteracting Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alik Zhatkambaevich Shpekbaev, and representatives of leading Kazakhstani IT companies, including the General Director of Documentolog LLP, Bayzhan Bolatbekovich Kanafin. 

During the meeting, the currently popular topic of digitalization in Kazakhstan was raised. Participants discussed issues related to digitalization and the measures necessary to address them.

"However, the most important takeaway from the meeting is the need for all of us to develop a digital mindset. For many, digitalization is associated with something complex and high-tech. But it is important to understand that at the core of these processes is the simplification and improvement of the surrounding world.” - shared Alik Zhatkambaevich on his personal Facebook account. Mr. Shpekbaev also spoke about the planned launch of the project «Digital Agency», aimed at simplifying internal business processes and increasing the efficiency of the Agency's main areas of work. 

At the initial stage of implementing this project, Documentolog expressed its readiness to automate the work of the subordinate organization of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs - the Joint Stock Company "National Center for Personnel Management of the Civil Service” free of charge.
