Automation of Processes in the Public Association "Kazakhstan Ice Hockey Federation"

We continue to introduce you to our new clients under the hashtag #documentologNewClients.

The Federation has transitioned to electronic document management with Documentolog for over a year now. 

To automate its processes, the Federation acquired the Documentolog Platform package. You can learn more about the features of this package here. 

Additionally, the following HR processes have been transitioned from paper to electronic format: 

- The process of hiring and terminating employees,

- The process of granting leave,

- The process of sending employees on business trips,

- The process of transferring an employee to another department,

- The process of conducting surveys.

The Documentolog EDS has provided the Federation's employees with the ability to quickly and conveniently approve and sign documents internally, ensuring transparency in business processes and control over performance discipline.
