Doculite has been updated to version 2.1

1.  The contract-offer is now signed on behalf of the company only once,  either by the first manager or an employee with signing authority; other employees do not sign the offer;
2.  Re-signing of the offer in case of changes has been excluded;
3.  The document verification by DOC24ID on the website now includes information about the document: counterparties, delivery time;
4.  Document verification by DOC24ID: the ability to download the document receipt in PDF format has been added;
5.  Reliability check: information about the data source and the date of its update has been added;
6.  Reliability check: the ability to search for a counterparty not only by BIN but also by name has been added;
7.  On the landing page, the menu section «Clients» has been renamed to «Counterparties», the ability to invite a counterparty to Doculite via email has been added, as well as the option to send a document by forwarding;
8.  On the landing page in the «Doculite in numbers» section, a reference on calculations has been added;
9.  On the landing page, reference information about the approximate number of documents for the free 200 MB CloudFree package has been added;
10.  When registering via email, the ability to edit full name in the profile has been added;
11.  When registering company employees, a field for IIN has been added for mandatory completion to avoid account duplication;
12.  For individual entrepreneurs, functionality for employees has been added, and legal entity tariff packages are available for purchase;
13.  In SMS notifications about the arrival of a new document, information about the company that received the document has been added;
14.  The ability to revoke a contract at the agreement stage with counterparties for the contract initiator has been added;
15.  In the «My Disk» module, the ability to create and edit files in xlsx, pptx format in Documentolog Office has been added; 
16.  In the «Download with EDS» functionality, marks about the document delivery time and registration number have been added;
17.  Fields for bank details have been added to the profile;
18.  Acts of completed work, invoices: default filling of known fields of the current company has been added;
19.  When the tariff package ends, the creation of new documents is blocked, and after 3 months, access to view documents is blocked;
20.  For individuals, the contract route has been simplified;
21.  The ability to delete documents at the «In revision» stage, after being returned for revision by another counterparty, has been added;
22.  Descriptions of access groups have been added in the «Access Groups» directory;
23.  In the profile, information about the size of each created document has been added in the Payment History.
