Documentolog Business has been updated to version 3.3

1. The route and Contract card have been optimized and simplified:

• The ability to send the Contract to the counterparty from the 'Creation' stage has been implemented;

• The stages 'Agreement with the counterparty', 'In execution', 'In revision' have been excluded;

• The actions 'Send for revision' and 'Reject' have been combined into one action - 'Decline signing';

• The fields 'Type of contract', 'Responsible', 'VAT', 'Currency' have been removed from the card.

2. For new users, the ability to send the first 10 contracts for free has been added under the Documentolog Business Free plan.

3. Registration via email has been simplified, and a separate button has been added to go to the Doculite.com website for individual registration.

4. Registration and login using an electronic signature with NCALayer have been improved.

5. Enhancements have been made to the Kundelik service:

• Mass transfer of documents for signing to the manager;

• A 'Back' button in the document to return to the journal;

• Opening a document from the journal with the right mouse button in a new tab;

• A return button to Kundelik;

• The number of documents displayed in the journal has been increased to 30;

• Separate views by document types have been added - class journals/attendance sheets/reports.

6. In the Documentolog EDM documents, the domain has been changed to Business.documentolog.kz in the links for document verification.

7. In the Inquiry, it has become mandatory to add either an attachment or text. The possibility of sending inquiries to individuals has been excluded.

8. The offer has been replaced with the latest version for users who have not yet signed the offer.
