Documentolog Signed a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation with the Republican Union of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The purpose of the Memorandum is to transition the internal processes and external interactions of the Federation with its sectoral trade union organizations into an electronic legally significant format.

This cooperation will allow the Federation to:

❇️ automate and expedite document handling;

❇️ reduce the use of paper documents by at least 80%;

❇️ ensure transparency of processes and establish control over the work of departments and employees;

❇️ easily transition employees to remote work if necessary;

❇️ and most importantly, exchange documents and sign contracts with more than 17,000 organizations paperlessly in electronic form.
