Documentolog Company Becomes a Verified Supplier for Samruk-Kazyna JSC!

The company Documentolog Kz has successfully passed the preliminary qualification selection of Samruk-Kazyna Contract LLP and has been included in the list of qualified suppliers for Samruk-Kazyna JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Holding)!

It is worth noting that the preliminary qualification selection (hereinafter referred to as PQS) is a new tool developed to improve the procurement process and enhance the quality of purchased goods, works, and services. 

Passing the PQS represents a process of assessing the qualifications and relevant resources of potential suppliers through a questionnaire survey.

Being included in the list of main supplier companies of the Holding is a crucial step for positioning the company, as it provides the following opportunities:
- As a result of the PQS, a pool of conscientious entrepreneurs is formed, which filters out unqualified suppliers. This, in turn, promotes the development of healthy competition. 
- Competitive procurements of the Holding will primarily be conducted among entrepreneurs who have passed the PQS.
- Qualified suppliers are exempt from the requirement to provide all documentation each time they participate in procurements, as well as from submitting a 1% bid security.

And most importantly, this procedure allows for an increase in the share of local content, which ultimately contributes to strengthening the potential and capabilities of domestic businesses.
