New Interaction Format with Documentolog Support Service

Starting January 3, 2024, the Support Service will transition to a new interaction format that eliminates the use of incoming calls. This means you will not need a single contact number - all communication will be conducted through the Documentolog Personal Account.

This change may seem unusual, but it is aimed at simplifying the interaction process. All your requests will be processed promptly, and you will always be able to stay informed about the status of their execution.

Log into the system account.documentolog.com 

Step 2. Click on the “?” icon at the top of the panel and go to the “Submit a Request” section;

Step 3. The current instructions will be displayed on the opened page. You can enter your question in the search bar and review the instructions;

Step 4. If you did not find the answer to your question, you can send us a request by clicking on the “Didn’t find an answer? Write to us” function. Fill out the form and click the “Submit Request” button;

Step 5. Submitted requests will be displayed in the “My Requests” section, where you can track the status of your requests. After submitting a request, please wait for an email from the Support Service. A notification regarding the review will be sent to the bell icon, or you can check the comments in the request card.
