Doculite Significantly Simplifies Correspondence with State Authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

Previously, the process of connecting this correspondence was quite lengthy and complicated: it was necessary to submit an application to JSC "National Information Technologies," wait for a response for 14 days, and set up encryption keys. 

Now in Doculite, you can send documents to the State Authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a legally significant form by forwarding them through our trusted partner, LLP “Kazakhstan Center for Electronic Document Exchange.” The documents are encrypted with the partner's keys and automatically forwarded to the specified State Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

Without any connection procedures, users simply need to select the relevant state authority, sign, and send the letter!

Forwarding to state authorities is available to all users under the current tariffs without the need to purchase paid correspondence with the State Authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Currently, about 8000 State Authorities and MIOs are available for correspondence through Doculite.

In the near future, this functionality will also be available for Documentolog EDM users.
