Implementation of Documentolog DMS at NPP "Atameken"

NPP "Atameken"  - is the flagship of the Kazakh business community. • actions for processing, distributing, and executing incoming correspondence were not carried out quickly enough due to an unoptimized system for storing and moving these documents through the organization’s internal information routes;
• the business process for creating expert opinions was not effectively optimized and routed, causing delays in the workflow;
• there was no solution to demonstrate the transparency of NPP "Atameken", which would provide entrepreneurs with easy and convenient access to all public documents of the organization;

To address these important tasks for the healthy development of the country’s economy, the management of  NPP "Atameken"  decided to implement a simple, understandable, yet high-tech software product that meets modern document management requirements and can effectively handle document flow of any scale.
